Description
I have always been fascinated by the impact of transportation throughout history. Boats, cars, planes, and trains created movement and a larger world to explore beyond the neighborhoods and communities where we grew up. Transportation was the key element of the Industrial Revolution that changed everything. My heart skips a few beats when I find old trains left on forgotten tracks. They were once part of an era that has been forgotten and discarded, even though at one point they were so essential and valued. The passage of time changes our perceptions.
